<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus including a high-temperature portion or a low-temperature portion within an apparatus body which prevents deterioration of an adhesive due to heat and cold of the high-temperature portion or the low-temperature portion and peeling of a heat insulating material from the high-temperature portion or the low-temperature portion. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: the apparatus body 1 having therein the high-temperature portion or the low-temperature portion becoming higher temperature or lower temperature than a surrounding atmospheric temperature; and a heat insulating material holding member 3 for arranging the heat insulating material 2 between part or all of the surface of the high-temperature portion or the low-temperature portion and the apparatus body 1.
