<p>According to one aspect of the present invention, an organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a substrate; a buffer layer located on the substrate; a pixel electrode including a refection electrode in a convex shape located on the buffer layer, and a transparent electrode surrounding the reflection electrode; an organic light emitting layer located on the pixel electrode; and a common electrode located on the organic light emitting layer, wherein the organic light emitting layer and the common electrode have the same curvature radius with the reflection electrode.</p> |
