<p>The present invention relates to an energy saving type air conditioner for a clean room filtering air supplied to the clean room of a semiconductor manufacturing facility and controlling temperature and humidity and, more especially, to an energy saving type air conditioner for a clean room capable of precisely controlling the coolant condensing operation of multiple low-capacity condensers through a control of solenoid valves by including the multiple low-capacity condensers to control humidity without a separate energy supply as much as the energy of corresponding waste heat and installing the solenoid valves on coolant intake ports of each low-capacity condenser and additionally controlling the operation of the low-capacity condensers using a sub heater at the same time.</p> |
