Disclosed is a cargo hold inspection apparatus of a liquefied gas carrier ship to form a closed space around a barrier to inspect a leakage of inspection gas. According to the present invention, the cargo hold inspection apparatus of a liquefied gas carrier ship inspects the sealability of an auxiliary barrier of a liquefied gas carrier ship and includes: a lower inspection space inspection device to form a lower inspection space between a lower insulation panel structure and the auxiliary barrier; and an upper inspection space inspection device to form an upper inspection space on the auxiliary barrier. The cargo hold inspection apparatus of a liquefied gas carrier ship inspects the sealability of the auxiliary barrier by inspecting a leakage of inspection gas through a space between the lower inspection space and the upper inspection space.
