The present invention relates to a heat management system which can be miniaturized and have light weight by integrating heat management components in a fuel cell vehicle. According to the present invention, among heat management system components of a fuel cell vehicle, provided are a housing of a pump fluid part, a 3-way valve fluid part housing, and a new type of TMS-integrated housing which integrates a bypass flow channel. Therefore, the present invention provides the heat management system for fuel cell vehicles which can be miniaturized, can have light weight, and can have enhanced system performance, durability, and quality.
