摘要 <p>Disclosed are a 3G communication modem for integrally controlling water treatment facility and a method for communicating with the same. The 3G communication modem for integrally controlling water treatment facility comprises: a sensing data collection module collecting sensing data of sensors installed in the water treatment facility from a distribution panel; and a 3G communication module setting an integral control server and a 3G communication path to transmit the collected sensing data in a form of packet data via the set 3G communication path to the integral control server. According to the 3G communication modem for integrally controlling water treatment facility, the method for communicating with the same, the control system for water treatment facility using the 3G communication scheme and a remote control method thereof, the 3G communication modem, not the integral control server, is configured to directly proceed to set an integral control server and a 3G communication path and to transmit sensing data or other control values via the path, thereby enabling the transmission of the sensing data to the integral control server at a predetermined timing or a necessary timing and the conventional direct controlling of a programmable logic controller by the integral control server. Whenever necessary, a 3G communication path is set, thereby preventing excessive communication rates caused by the maintenance of the 3G communication path.</p>
