According to the present invention, disclosed are a device and a method to inspect pipe wall-thinning, capable of determining a wall-thinning degree of a pipe by measuring the natural frequency of the pipe. The present invention is capable of quickly identifying a wall-thinning degree of a pipe by including a striking member (10) striking a pipe (T) to be measured; a vibration measuring sensor (20) measuring a natural frequency, generated from the pipe (T) by the striking of the striking member (10); and a control part (30) determining the wall-thinning degree of the pipe (T) by comparing the natural frequency, measured by the vibration measuring sensor (20), to a natural frequency, generated from a normal pipe without wall-thinning.
