Disclosed are a system and a method for managing charging data for a smart water grid and a medium recording a computer readable program for executing the method. The system for managing charging data for a smart water grid includes: a file integration portion; an encrypted information generating portion; an information storage portion; and an encrypted information verifying portion. The file integration portion produces an integrated file by integrating in one file if the charging data amount is greater than a preset standard. The encrypted information generating portion produces encrypted information for the integrated file. The information storage portion stores the encrypted information produced by corresponding to information about the integrated file. The encrypted information verifying portion verifies the encrypted information, which the encrypted information generating portion produces for the integrated file in a balance waiting state, with the encrypted information stored in the information storage portion.
