The present invention relates to a coating solution composition comprising metal nanowires, a coated conductive film manufactured by using the coating solution composition, and a method of preparing the coating solution composition. The coating solution composition comprising metal nanowires according to the present invention can be used to form a wiring pattern, without direct etching of a conductive layer, through simple exposure and washing processes, wherein the wiring pattern generates a difference in electric conductivity in local portions of the conductive layer and thus allows electric current to flow in a specific pattern; and the coating solution composition can also be used to improve insulation stability at an insulating region of a conductive layer which has been patterned.
