<p>The present invention relates to a method for patterning a metal nanowire-based transparent conductive film through a surface treatment and, more specifically, to a method for patterning a film with excellent visibility, which controls a refractive index by adding an optical functional layer before a patterning process, and oxidizes a surface of a metal nanowire transparent conductive film or changes color thereof by generating a salt compound to insulate the surface.</p>
