<p>The present invention relates to a display device including a thin film transistor array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises an active layer formed on a substrate; a gate insulating film formed on the substrate including the active layer; a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating film on the active layer; an interlayer insulating film formed on the substrate including the gate electrode, and exposing source and drain areas of the gate insulating film; source and drain electrodes formed on the interlayer insulating film, and making contact with the source and drain areas; a first passivation film formed on the interlayer insulating film including the source and drain electrodes, and exposing the drain electrode; a metal layer pattern formed on the first passivation film, and making contact with the drain electrode; a common electrode formed on the first passivation film; a second passivation film formed on the first passivation film including the common electrode and the metal layer pattern, and exposing the metal layer pattern; and a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the second passivation film, and electrically connected to the drain electrode by making contact with the metal layer pattern.</p> |
