<p>Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent display device. The disclosed organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area; a first link wiring formed on the non-display area of the substrate; a first interlayer insulation film formed on the whole surface of the substrate on the first link wiring; a power connecting wiring formed on the first interlayer insulation film; a second interlayer insulation film formed on the whole surface of the substrate on the power connecting wiring; and a second link wiring formed on the second interlayer insulation film. According to the present invention, the organic electroluminescent display device secures the capacitance of a storage capacitor on the display area and can implement high resolution. Also, the organic electroluminescent display device reduces the deviation of a parasitic capacitor on the non-display area, thereby reducing the signal delay deviation between link wirings and improving image quality.</p> |
