The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an oil-in-water type cosmetic composition for wrinkle care and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an oil-in-water type cosmetic composition for wrinkle care, which comprises the steps of: producing a water portion by mixing hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycan and acetyl hexapeptide-8; producing an oil portion by mixing fatty acid and phospholipid; and forming a microcapsule having a particle size of 100-300 nm by injecting the oil portion into the water portion. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enhancing the stability of formulation and maximizing wrinkle improvement effects by increasing a percutaneous absorption rate of acetyl hexapeptide-8.
