The present invention relates to an anti-asparaginyl-tRNA synthetase (NRS) antibody selectively coupling with NRS and a use of the same and, more specifically, to an antibody coupling with human NRS or a segment of the same, a production method thereof, and a composition for diagnosing self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases including the same. The antibody or segment thereof of the present invention specifically bonds to human NRS, and does not have cross reactivity with other proteins, so that detection and control of NRS is available, thereby being used for NRS detection and diagnosis of self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases relating to NRS.
