PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation error processing apparatus and an operation error processing method for achieving normal restoration from an operation error state based on the past experience of normal restoration, and for achieving the reduction of user complaints and the reduction of a market warranty.SOLUTION: The operation error processing apparatus includes: error history presence/absence determination means 14 for, when an operation error occurs, determining whether or not error history information showing an operation error which is similar to the operation error is recorded on the basis of recorded error history information; restoration history presence/absence determination means 15 for determining whether or not restoration history information associated with the error history information is recorded on the basis of recorded restoration history information; and restoration processing means 16 for trying normal restoration by performing processing corresponding to an item as a trigger to normal restoration on the basis of the restoration history information. |
