The present invention relates to an expression vector with an improved capacity of gene expression, cells transplanted by the expression vector and a method for mass-producing target proteins using the cell wherein the expression vector has an outstanding capacity of gene expression compared with an existing expression vector of an animal cell, thereby significantly increasing expression of exotic genes.
