Provided are an oscillation circuit and an oscillator or the like having effects of correcting a center frequency, quickly changing an output frequency, and easily expanding a variable range of the output frequency. The oscillation circuit comprises: a voltage controlling oscillator circuit including a variable capacity circuit having a variable capacity element whose capacity value is controlled based on control voltage VC, and to generate an oscillating signal by oscillating an oscillator (3); and a fractional N-PLL circuit to which the oscillating signal generated by the voltage controlling oscillator circuit is input, and including a voltage controlling oscillator for controlling an oscillation frequency based on control input data (an integer division ratio N, and a fraction division ratio F/M). |
