The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device having improved light extraction efficiency and display quality, comprising: a substrate in which a plurality of sub pixels including organic light emitting cells are arranged inside; a groove formed on the substrate to correspond to the adjacent sub pixels; and a light extraction pattern formed outside the substrate.
