<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device which includes a substrate which includes first to fourth pixels arranged in two rows and two columns, first to fourth emission transistors which are formed on the first to fourth pixels, respectively, a first electrode of a first organic light emitting diode which is formed on the first pixel and is connected to the first emission transistor, a second electrode of a second organic light emitting diode which is formed on the second pixel and is connected to the second emission transistor, a third electrode of a third organic light emitting diode which is formed on the fourth pixel and is connected to the third emission transistor, a fourth electrode of a fourth organic light emitting diode which is formed on the third pixel and is connected to the fourth emission transistor, a first storage capacitor which the first pixel and the second pixel share, and a second storage capacitor which the third pixel and the fourth pixel share. Thereby, the present invention performs the high resolution of the organic light emitting diode display device and secures the capacitance at the same time. Also, image quality is improved by the driving with a dot interlace method.</p> |
