wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are as defined in the disclosure. Also disclosed are methods of preparing the compounds of formula (I) and their use in therapeutics.

1. A compound of formula (I):wherein:
R1 represents a 4-pyridine ring; R2 represents a hydrogen atom; R3 represents a hydrogen atom; R4 represents: a hydrogen atom, or a phenyl ring which is optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from a C1-6 alkyl group, a halogen atom, a C1-2 halogenated alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group, and a C1-2 halogenated alkoxy group; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, a 4-pyridine group, or a phenyl group, these groups being optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from a C1-6 alkyl group, a halogen atom, a C1-2 halogenated alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group, and a C1-2 halogenated alkoxy group; R6 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, a benzyloxy group, or a phenyl-C1-6 alkyl group, these groups being optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from a C1-6 alkyl group, a halogen atom, a C1-2 halogenated alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group, and a C1-2 halogenated alkoxy group; or an acid addition salt thereof; with the proviso that when R4 and R5 represent a hydrogen atom, R6 is not methyl or benzyl.
