A vehicle body reinforcing structure for coping with a front collision is disclosed, which comprises: a front side member formed to be extended along a longitudinal direction of a vehicle and respectively arranged in both left and right sides along a width direction of a vehicle; a crash box coupled to a front end portion in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle of the front side member and deformed to absorb an impact when receiving the impact; a bumper beam more arranged in the front in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle to be coupled to the crash box than the crash box and formed to be extended along a width direction of a vehicle; and a reinforcing member coupled to the crash box and more protruding to the outside in a width direction of a vehicle than the bumper beam. Thus, performance for coping with a front collision and a front small overlap collision is improved.
