<p>The present invention relates to a recycled asphalt concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the recycled asphalt concrete enables to minimize content of flat elongated particles included in aggregate that is used for asphalt concrete as a material so as to increase the quality of the asphalt concrete to a first grade (content of the flat elongated particles is less than 10%), and enhance durability of the asphalt concrete.</p> |
