The present invention relates to an apparatus for repairing an expansion joint for a railroad bridge. The apparatus for repairing an expansion joint for a railroad bridge comprises: an elastic main body which includes an accommodation groove accommodating an effusion discharged from a leakage portion of a railroad bridge and a fastening flange through which an anchor bolt is penetrated to fasten an upper plate of a bridge with both sides of an upper part of the accommodation groove, and has a predetermined elastic force; a supporting panel inserted into an upper surface or a lower surface of the fastening flange and supporting the upper plate of the bridge to be stably fastened; and a plurality of reinforcing panels which include a support groove on which a lower surface of the elastic main body is mounted and a supporting flange supporting the lower surface of the fastening flange and are spaced to be apart from each other in a longitudinal direction of the elastic main body.
