<p>The present invention discloses a group purchasing system using an electronic promissory note and a method thereof. The purchasing system includes: a group purchaser terminal which transmits a group purchase application; a purchase agent server which receives the group purchase application, confirms a purchase by making the group purchase application on behalf of group purchasers according to the received group purchase application, and requests a payment of purchase price according to a pre-signed loan contract by providing purchase information according to the group purchase application; a manufacturer and wholesale and retail sales company terminal which provides a product or a service corresponding to the group purchase application which the purchase agent server makes on behalf of group purchasers to the corresponding group purchasers; and a bank server which provides the payment of purchase price according to the request for the payment of purchase price by the purchase agent server and asks for the payment provided to the group purchasers to receive the payment. The purchase information includes human information of the group purchasers, corresponding bank account information, and product or service and corresponding payment information according to the group purchase application. The corresponding bank account information of an agent for the purchase is prevented from a withdrawal of the amount worth the corresponding payment until the payment is paid as a security account for the payment.</p> |
