<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a specific mixture of a natural cytokine. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the specific mixture of the natural cytokine is characterized by comprising a process for immobilizing at least one kind of mitogen in a tissue culture container, a process for suspending an isolated lymphocyte group not containing neutrophils and erythrocytes in a serum-free culture medium, a process for putting the suspended lymphocytes in a container, a process for culturing the lymphocytes, a process for removing the culture medium, and a process for determining the characteristics of the culture medium on the yield of the cytokine.
