<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a beverage using pears and Allium hookeri, including the steps of washing Allium hookeri in flowing water and crushing the same; heating the crushed Allium hookeri between 110 and 130 degrees Celsius for 10 to 20 minutes and manufacturing Allium hookeri extracts; filtering Allium hookeri extracts and manufacturing a concentrated extract of Allium hookeri; washing pears in flowing water and crushing the same; heating the crushed between 110 and 130 degrees Celsius for 10 to 20 minutes and manufacturing a pear extract; filtering the pear extract and manufacturing a concentrated extract of the pear; and mixing the extract of Allium hookeri with the extract of the pear in the ratio of 7 to 3, and a manufactured beverage by the method wherein the beverage of the present invention may not need sweetening and is allowed to control bitter taste or spicy Allium hookeri has, thereby enabling everyone from young children to adults to easily drink the beverage without repulsion.</p> |
