The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a salt-coated heat paper, including: a mixed power manufacturing step of mixing oxidizer powder; a slurry manufacturing step of manufacturing slurry by adding an organic coagulant after a glass fiber and the mixed powder; a sheet making step of obtaining a heat paper using a sheet making process with the slurry; a first drying step of compressing the heat paper and then withdrawing the heat paper; a salt coating step of coating the heat paper with a salt solution; and a second drying step of drying the heat paper after the salt coating step.
