A PRESERVATION METHOD OF FRESH SHOOTS OF THORNY ASHTREE AND FRESH SHOOTS OF THORNY ASHTREE HAVING AN ENHANCED PRESERVATION

The present invention relates to a method of preserving fresh shoots of thorny ashtree and fresh shoots of thorny ashtree with enhanced preservation prepared using the method. The method of preserving fresh shoots of thorny ashtree can significantly increase the preservation period for fresh shoots of thorny ashtree; and fresh shoots of thorny ashtree prepared using the method can be used in various food materials because of significantly enhanced preservation. The method of preserving fresh shoots of thorny ashtree may comprise the steps of: mixing 500-600 parts by weight of water and 12-24 parts by weight of salt with 100 parts by weight of fresh shoots of thorny ashtree; boiling the mixture for 300-360 seconds; and washing, drying, and freezing or heating the mixture to be sterilized.
