Provided is a sulfamide derivative having an adamantyl group represented by the following Formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The sulfamide derivative suppresses the activity of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1), and is useful in the treatment of various diseases that are mediated by 11β-HSD1.;

A sulfamide derivative having an adamantyl group represented by the following Formula 1, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt: wherein R1 represents H; C1-C4 alkyl; cyano C1-C4 alkyl; C3-C8 cycloalkyl; benzyl unsubstituted or substituted with halogen, C1-C4 alkyl or OCX3 (X is halogen); phenylethyl; C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl; phenylacetyl; naphthyl; or phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, CX3 (X is halogen), OCX3 (X is halogen), cyano, nitro, acetamido, ethylureido, phenyl or 5-10 membered heteroaryl; R2 and R3 bind together to form a ring structure, the ring structure is(X is halogen); R4 and R5 independently represent H; or C1-C4 alkyl; R6 represents H; OH; COOR7; or CONR7R7; R7 represents H; or C1-C4 alkyl; and n represents an integer of 1.
