An embodiment of the present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device capable of improving image quality, comprising: a gate line formed in a direction in a display section on a substrate; a shading pattern which is formed to correspond to at least one part of the boundary of each pixel section on the substrate and is spaced apart from the gate line; at least one insulation film which is formed on a front surface of the substrate and covers the gate line and the shading pattern; a data line which is formed in another direction which crosses over the gate line in the display section on the insulation film to define the multiple pixel sections; a passivation film which is formed on the front surface on the at least one insulation film to cover the data line; a color filter formed on each pixel section on the passivation film; an overcoat film which is flatly formed on a front surface on the passivation film to cover the color filter; and an organic light emitting device which is formed on the overcoat film and corresponds to each pixel section.
