<p>The present invention relates to a sweet jelly of red beans categorized into candy and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a sweet jelly of red beans using oriental medical herb ingredients such as heated and matured jujube, red jinseng, Rubus coreanus, Acanthopanax senticosus, etc., and to a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method of a sweet jelly of red beans using heated and matured jujube enables to provide a sweet jelly of red beans manufactured thereby, which comprises: a heated and matured jujube concentrate extraction step (S10); a raw material mixing step (S20); a heating step (S30); a stirring step (S40); a stirring and heating step (S50) after inserting an additive; a solidification step (S60); and a packaging and shipping step (S70).</p> |
