<p>The present invention provides an embossing processing method of a biodegradable sheet, including the steps of: manufacturing a print sheet with a print layer formed on a first biodegradable sheet and a second biodegradable sheet; stacking the first biodegradable sheet on the print layer of the print sheet to have the same pass through a compression roller; passing the stacked sheet body through the compression roller into a drum roller while heating the same with use of an upper heater installed on the upper end of the drum roller, and melting and laminating the stacked sheet body; and heating the melted and stacked sheet with use of a heater installed on the front surface, passing the laminated sheet into an elbow roller and making the same embossed wherein the first and second biodegradable sheets include 40-100 parts by weight of acrylio butadiene styrene (ABS) with respect to 100 parts by weight of each biodegradable resin, thereby easily laminating the biodegradable sheet while forming embossed sheet with good impact strength.</p> |
