The present invention discloses a system and method for acquiring, processing and reporting personal exercise data and/or concurrent with other physiological data. on selected muscle or muscle groups by measuring vector force from at least one muscle or muscle group acting on physical exercise equipment whereby applied vector force on an exercise equipment element sends force vector and displacement vector data for determining physiological resistive force, work and performance by a muscle or muscle group.
