<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain power supply to an electric load if one of two power sources is cut off.SOLUTION: When there is an open abnormality of a first contactor 15 or a second contactor 16 or a predetermined open instruction, a control device 27 closes a third contactor 17 and a fourth contactor 18, and also closes a first and a third switching element 20, 22 and opens a second switching element 21, to thereby perform charge/discharge to/from a load 25 by a second power source 12 alone. When there is an open abnormality of the third contactor 17 or the fourth contactor 18 or a predetermined open instruction, the control device 27 closes the first and second contactors 15, 16 and opens the first and third switching elements 20, 22 and the second switching element 21, to thereby perform charge/discharge to/from the load 25 by a first power source 11 alone.</p> |
