<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device having a function for positioning a flow channel of a liquid medium pumping device and a flow channel of a housing, and capable of suppressing leakage of a liquid medium from mating surfaces of these flow channels.SOLUTION: In a rear wheel driving device, a housing-side discharge path as an oil discharge path 95 formed on a cover member 72 and a pump-side discharge path as an oil discharge path 95 formed on an electric oil pump 70 are connected. Further the rear wheel driving device includes knock pins 121 fitted into a housing-side suction path and a pump-side suction path to regulate relative positions of the housing-side suction path and the pump-side suction path in a mounted state, knock pins 122 fitted into the housing-side discharge path and the pump-side discharge path to regulate relative positions of the housing-side discharge path and the pump-side discharge path, and a bolt 120 for relatively fixing the cover member 72 and the electric oil pump 70.</p> |
