PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to improvement of mass efficiency.SOLUTION: In a vehicle body constituent component 10, a bent part 38 formed in a member main body 34 of a sheet metal is structured of a thickened part 46 which is formed by gradually increasing a thickness of the sheet metal 36 as a material of the member main body 34. In this way, the bent part 38 on which stress is likely to concentrate when a load is applied on the member main body 34 is structured of the thickened part 46. Therefore, a thickness of a part where the stress is not concentrated is prevented from being increased more than necessary. Thereby, it is possible to contribute to improvement of mass efficiency. In addition, as the thickness of the sheet metal 36 gradually increases toward a center side of a bending direction of the bent part in the thickened part 46, stress concentration caused by a rapid change of cross sectional characteristics can be prevented. |
