PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a skew phenomenon of a roller generated in a radial piston type hydraulic machine.SOLUTION: A radial piston type hydraulic machine includes a plurality of pistons 44, at least one roller 46, a cylinder block 48 having a plurality of cylinders for guiding the pistons to be reciprocated along the radial direction, and a cam 52 constituted to be abutted to at least one of the rollers 46. The rollers 46 are commonly provided for n pistons 44 arranged along an axial direction of the hydraulic machine (where, n is an integer of 2 or more).
