<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which dispenses with an impact buffer member without deteriorating a steering feeling.SOLUTION: An electric power steering device comprises: a transmission mechanism which has a rack shaft for steering a wheel by linear movement, and transmits a rotation operation force of a steering wheel in one direction as a rolling force of the wheel in one direction; an electric motor 110 to which a rotation drive force in one direction is applied as the rolling force of the wheel in one direction via the transmission mechanism; and a control device 10 which controls the drive of the electric motor 110 so as to generate the rotation drive force in one direction when the rotation operation force in one direction is applied to the steering wheel. Even if the rotation operation force in one direction is applied to the steering wheel, the control device 10 reduces the rotation drive force in one direction of the electric motor 110 according to a displacement amount and a moving speed of the rack shaft.</p> |
