A heterocyclic compound according to an embodiment of the present invention is represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1-R8 are independently one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, heavy hydrogen, a halogen group, a cyano group, trifluoromethyl group, nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group, wherein R1-R8 can be coupled to constitute a cyclic form; X1-X3 are independently one selected from the group represented by the following compounds; Ar is either substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group.
