PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of preliminarily confirming a size on a print surface of a two-dimensional code to be created from voice data, and simultaneously changing the size when the size is not desired by a user.SOLUTION: An information processor connectable to a storage part which stores voice data includes: voice data acquisition means for acquiring voice data from the storage part; identification code conversion means for converting the voice data acquired by the voice data acquisition means into an identification code; and print control means for transmitting the identification code to a print part. The identification code conversion means is characterized to change the voice data into the identification code by changing the size of the identification code to be converted to change the sampling frequency of the voice data in an adaptable manner.
