<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball spline capable of reducing manufacturing costs by forming return paths on spacers configuring end caps made of a synthetic resin and mounted on both end faces of a casing configuring an outer cylinder, and being reduced in size and weight while securing proper strength.SOLUTION: End caps 4 are composed of end cap bodies 5 and spacers. The spacers are integrally composed of annular spacer portions having inner peripheral-side direction converting paths, and return path forming portions 10 formed with return paths 20 extended in parallel with raceway grooves 12 of the casing 3 from end faces of the annular spacer portions. Balls as rolling elements are held by holding bands 13 fixed to the end cap bodies 5 at both ends and extended along the raceway grooves 12.</p> |
