<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an elastic member to hold a sheet member without bonding, in a seal member with the sheet member and the elastic member.SOLUTION: A seal member 12 has: a flat sheet member 15 slidable with respect to a developer carrier 9; and an elastic member 19 for biasing the sheet member 15 to the developer carrier 9 and holding the sheet member 15. The elastic member 19 comprises slits 19d and 19e for holding the sheet member 15 into which a part of the sheet member 15 is inserted.</p> |
