<p>The present invention relates to a number processing device, a method, and a recording medium. The number processing device according to the present invention comprises: a communication unit for receiving state information of a product component through a communication means formed in a product; a number generating unit for generating a component state number consisting of a product identification number, a product user identification number, a component state identification number, and a component state number consisting of one or more special symbols; and a treating unit for transmitting a number to a communication means of a product user by using the product user identification number of the component state number generated by the number generating unit, wherein the number consists of the component state number or the product identification number of the component state number, a product component identification number, a component state identification number, and one or more special symbols.</p> |
