摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence observation device in which fluorescence observation on a plurality of samples can be easily carried out, and an optical member.SOLUTION: A fluorescence observation device 1 comprises: a light source unit 10 for emitting light of a wavelength including excitation light; a first wavelength variable interference filter 5, comprising a pair of reflection films facing each other and a gap change part capable of changing the gap dimension of the pair of reflection films, the pair of reflection films being disposed aslant at a prescribed angle with respect to the light emission direction of the light source unit 10, for causing a light of other than a prescribed wavelength corresponding to the gap dimension among lights from the light source unit to be emitted in a first direction L2, and causing a light of the prescribed wavelength corresponding to the gap dimension among lights made incident from the first direction L2 to be emitted in a second direction L3; and an observation unit 20 for observing the light emitted in the second direction L3 from the first wavelength variable interference filter 5.</p>
