PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of processing electric/electronic parts scrap which can efficiently process electric/electronic parts scrap as much as possible in a smelting furnace while preventing the occurrence of over-reduction in the smelting furnace.SOLUTION: A method of processing electric/electronic parts scrap includes a step of crushing electric/electronic parts scrap comprising copper, and a step of separating electric/electronic parts scrap by a predetermined size, where impalpable powder equal to or smaller than the predetermined size is introduced to a smelting furnace to be processed, and granules over the predetermined size are processed in an oxidation refining furnace.
