The present invention relates to a thermal fatigue tester. According to the present invention, a thermal fatigue tester, which can evaluate thermal fatigue properties of a specimen, comprises: a high temperature unit creating a temperature atmosphere for a high temperature thermal fatigue test of a specimen accommodated in an internal space; a low temperature unit arranged in a side of the high temperature unit to create a temperature atmosphere for a high temperature thermal fatigue test of a specimen accommodated in an internal space; a transfer unit reciprocally transferring the specimen to an internal space of the high temperature unit and an internal space of the low temperature unit; and a blocking unit sealing an internal space wherein the specimen is accommodated of the internal space of the high temperature unit and the internal space of the low temperature unit in the transfer unit.
