PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which when a wireless LAN access point reduces its communication range, a new wireless LAN slave unit cannot communicate because it cannot belong to the wireless LAN access point regardless of being actually situated in a communication available range.SOLUTION: A radio communication device according to the invention comprises: a radio transmitting unit for transmitting a management frame used for controlling a radio terminal and a data frame including data; and a radio transmission output control unit for controlling transmission output of the data frame by the radio transmission unit on the basis of a position of a radio terminal receiving the data frame so that a transmission range of the data frame will be included in a transmission range of the management frame.
