<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent panel in which uniformity of emission luminance is improved by improving adhesion between a gas barrier film and an electrode.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent panel comprises: a washing and drying step of washing a gas barrier film with a water-based detergent and drying the gas barrier film; a still-standing step of leaving the gas barrier film to stand still for 12 hours or more; an element forming step of forming, on the gas barrier film, an organic electroluminescent element having a first electrode, an organic functional layer, and a second electrode; and a sealing step of sealing the organic electroluminescent element.</p> |
