The present invention relates to a novel searching method of cellulase using a genetic enzyme screening system and, more specifically, to a novel searching method of cellulose using a genetic enzyme screening system, and to a method for measuring quantitative cellobiose decomposed by the cellulose. The genetic enzyme screening system enables a cellobiose transcription regulator in proportion to the amount of cellobiose to induce the expression of reporter proteins, thereby detecting and measuring quantitative cellobiose quickly and being used for detecting cellobiose and analyzing quantitative cellobiose while searching a novel exo-type or measuring activity of an exo-type cellulase which separates cellobiose. |
