<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit configured to avoid the generation of a through current in a switching operation of a charge transfer switch, thereby preventing deterioration in power efficiency even when the frequency of an operation clock increases.SOLUTION: In a charge pump circuit, waveforms of clocks CLK1, CLK1B, CLK2, CLK2B have such waveforms as shown in figure 2, the clocks controlling: CMOS inverters (MN1 and MP1, MN2 and MP2, MN3 and MP3, MN4 and MP4, MN5 and MP5) which individually control PMOS transistors MPS1-MPS5 serving as a charge transfer switch; and charging and Vdd addition of pump capacitors C1-C4.</p> |
